Kevin T. Murray, PT, DPT, OCS
Dr. Murray is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University, the University of Maryland School of Medicine-Department of Physical Therapy, and the E.I.M. Institute of Health Professions. Kevin has over 25 years of experience practicing physical therapy, sports medicine, wellness and fitness and is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics (OCS). He has extensive experience working with professional and Division I collegiate athletes, and has a passion to bring that level of excellence for injury prevention and performance enhancement to local school and youth athletic programs. His clinical specialties include Differential Diagnosis, Biomechanics, Osteopathic Spinal Manipulative Therapies, and Sports Medicine with a focus on the spine, shoulder, and foot/ankle pathologies. Kevin is also a Nationally Certified Aquatic Therapy Specialist, and a Certified Health Coach through Villanova University School of Nursing.
Consistent with a lifelong commitment to learning and personal & professional growth, Kevin completed several years of additional education to achieve his post-professional Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT), as well as an MBA based Certificate in Executive Management. His principal role at Gold Medal now focuses on developing others to be their personal best, with a goal of modeling our Core Principles:

As President / Principal, who started Gold Medal in 2003, Kevin is a Coach and Mentor, and no longer treats patients.
Kevin lives in Bel Air with his wife and three children, where he enjoys supporting their sports and academic pursuits, and spending time outdoors walking, hiking, biking and kayaking. He is also an active participant with several charitable and philanthropic organizations in order to “Be a Blessing” in the local community.
Worker’s Compensation Specialist
Morgan brings more than a decade of Customer Service and Medical Billing experience to the Gold Medal Team. While working in a variety of medical office settings, she’s honed her specialties, which include; claims processing and denials, insurance accounts receivable and worker’s compensation. Morgan’s outgoing personality and passion for meeting the needs of others is a perfect match for our “Be a Blessing” and “Results Matter” core values. Originally from Savannah Georgia, she charms us with her southern belle accent, and consistently contributes to all departments. Morgan has two daughters, and loves photography, motorcycles and sugar.
Teresa has over 25 years’ experience as a Practice Manager in the medical field and has been responsible for the day-to-day operations of Gold Medal since 2005. She oversees two locations caring for more than 12,000 patients per year with duties that include; human resources, billing, accounting, finance and professional development. Her APTA Administrators Certificate and outstanding leadership skills have been integral to the growth and success of Gold Medal. In her spare time Teresa and her husband, Don, enjoy cooking, traveling, and boating.
Kathy has specialized in Marketing and Community Outreach for Gold Medal since 2009. As part of the Leadership Team, she has been crucial in establishing the Gold Medal brand, and building strong community relationships and awareness of our Vision, Mission and Culture. Kathy is passionate about growing our ability to reach more community members through our core values, “Be a Blessing, Excellence is our Standard, and Results Matter.” She is also one of our Independent Health Coaches with OPTAVIA, helping clients reach their Optimal Health goals through healthy lifestyle changes.
Kathy earned a Bachelor of Arts from The Pennsylvania State University in Telecommunications (Radio & Television) and has over 20 years of experience in Broadcasting. She is an Ambassador with Harford Leadership Academy Alumni Association and has completed the CORE Leadership program at Harford Community College. As an active member of the Downtown Bel Air Alliance (Design Committee Member) as well as the Harford County Chamber of Commerce (Governmental Affairs Committee Member) she is committed to contributing to the health and well being of the community she serves.
Kathy moved to Maryland 20 years ago and to Harford County in 2004. She enjoys working out, cooking & baking, and spending time with her family, including watching her 11-year old son play baseball.
