Jeremy S. Stiffler, PT, DPT, OCS, SCS, MTC

Dr. Stiffler is the Director of Clinical Excellence at Gold Medal Physical Therapy, and is a Board Certified Specialist in both Orthopedic (2007) and Sports (2015) Physical Therapy, through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Jeremy is Manual Therapy trained and Certified (2009) through the University of St. Augustine, Florida. As a TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Certified Professional, Jeremy runs the golf fitness and training program at the Gold Medal Sports Training facility. He is also one of a few physical therapists in Maryland who is certified to perform Dry Needling for pain and injury. In partnership with Evidence in Motion for the mid-Atlantic region, he also serves as the Resident Mentor for physical therapists who are seeking Board Certification Specialization. Jeremy enjoys cooking/grilling and helping coach his son's and daughter's soccer and lacrosse teams.

Richard Lawrence, PT, DPT, CMTPT

Dr. Lawrence earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Towson University, and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from South College. Richard is currently pursuing his Orthopedic Specialist Residency training with Gold Medal. Less than 5% of currently employed Physical Therapists in the United States have attained Board Certification (OCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. An active member in the Maryland Chapter of the APTA, Richard is passionate about current best evidence, and has also achieved certification in Trigger Point Dry Needling through Myopain.

Professional interests include the orthopedic populations, sports and injury prevention, manual therapy as well as mentoring current physical therapy students and becoming a Clinical Instructor. Through ongoing personal clinical education, Richard strives to achieve optimal outcomes through current best evidence.

Part of the GMPT team since 2014, Richard is also Maryland native who is passionate about cooking, hiking and anything involving the great outdoors!

Molly Sidleck, PT, DPT

Molly graduated from Towson University with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. She went on to graduate summa cum laude from South College with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Molly found her passion for physical therapy when she tore her ACL playing lacrosse and experienced what rehabilitation was like firsthand. Since then, her professional interests have included young athletes, extremity management, and balance disorders. Molly values building a strong rapport with her patients in order to tailor a plan of care that will best support their personal goals.

In her personal life, Molly enjoys spending time with family and friends, vacationing in Bethany Beach DE, and going to Ravens games.

Alicia Howard, PT, DPT

Alicia is a Bel Air, Maryland native and has been interested in Physical Therapy since she was 15 and was treated for an ankle injury from ballet. She attended University of Maryland for undergraduate and then the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences where she graduated with her DPT in 2020. Her favorite part of being a PT is watching her patients improve and see improvements in their quality of life. Alicia has been married for 2 years and loves to spend time with her husband Josh, and their 3 pets; Dixie, Gandalf and Shadow.

In her free time Alicia likes to read fantasy, take barre classes and spend time outside on sunny days. She is thrilled to join the Gold Medal family! Make sure to say hi when you see her in the clinic!

Jennifer Brilliant, PTA

Ms. Brilliant is a 1988 graduate with her A.A. degree in Physical Therapy, from the Central Pennsylvania Business School. She has 23 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics with a special interest in manual therapy. Jennifer spent 8 years studying classical ballet at the world renowned Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet. She has been teaching for over 25 years, most recently at Dancemoves Studio of Dance for the past 11 years. Jennifer's personal and professional passion is to be a valuable resource to dancers in the areas of proper injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation.

Timothy T. Russell, PTA

Tim has been an integral part of the Gold Medal team since 2008 and is our Director of Operations. Tim is a graduate of Towson University's Exercise Science program. He is Level 1 certified in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and is a Level 1 fitness specialist through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI).

Tim currently serves as the PTA Council Representative for the American Physical Therapy Association of Maryland, Board of Directors. His areas of special interest include sports conditioning/performance through functional screenings and injury prevention programs, geriatrics, neurological conditions, and vestibular rehabilitation. Tim passionately promotes lifetime wellness, and enjoys spending time in the sports community, officiating as an umpire in youth baseball. He enjoys golf, running, hiking and baseball, and is a huge Ravens and Orioles fan. Tim spends his free time with his wife, Whitney, their two daughters, and dog, Alfred.

Bradley Hanson, PTA

Brad earned his B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2014. Shortly after, he attended Anne Arundel CC where he acquired his Physical Therapist Assistant degree, graduating in 2017. He has also recently completed the massage therapy program at AACC this past year in 2021. Brad has a strong passion for patient care and has an interest in the psychosocial variables that contribute to pain. He utilizes strong patient education to place the power back in the patient's hands and decrease fear-avoidant behaviors that can cause pain. In the clinic, Brad has worked in outpatient settings treating mostly orthopedic and some neurological disorders in people of all ages.

  • In his personal life, Brad enjoys the outdoors, and staying active by playing soccer, hiking, and going for walks with his wife and greyhound, Duke.
